All products are despatched via RoyalMail 1st class post or Special Delivery. Delivery is charged at £1.50 for orders under £50 and requiring next business day delivery and free on all orders over £50.
All prices quoted here are for UK Delivery. Non UK Delivery will be quoted separately.

For all high value orders we automatically despatch the order via Special Delivery or DHL Courier which is guaranteed next business day within the UK. This delivery service comes automatically with full insurance for the complete order.

For orders outside the UK and within the EU we send them via Royal Mail or DHL couriers and the delivery charge is increased to £7.00 Any orders outside the UK and EU are despatched via Royal Mail International or DHL couriers and the delivery charge is increased to £10.00.

We aim to despatch orders the same day and we endeavour to process any orders placed up and till 5pm the very same day. If you have an issue with your order with regards to late delivery or delivery failure please either contact us on info@funkjunk.co.uk or telephone us on the number above.

All products are checked and packaged before being despatched to ensure that the items reach you in the best possible condition. Funk Junk accepts that from time to time products may be faulty or they may not be to taste. Damaged products will be replaced with identical items or a credit note for the value of the goods (less postage) will be issued. Funk Junk will accept cancellation of your order within seven days from the date of purchase or within seven days of receipt of your goods (whichever is longer). You are responsible for the postage/delivery of the goods to FunkJunk and must be returned via a guaranteed service. Funk Junk is not responsible for the goods being lost in the postal system when being returned to our offices. All refunds will be made via the same payment method as originally made less postage costs.

All products are refundable and returnable with the exception of earrings and body jewellery. This is for health and hygene reasons and cannot be returned.

Funk Junk does not pass on customer details to any third party when orders are placed within our system. There is an option to sign up to our newsletter and this is all the email addresses are used for. Email addresses are used to send confirmation of orders as well as status updates on orders.

We require your full contact details including telephone, email and address so that we can contact you with regards to order updates and any potential problems with your order. Although your personal information is privately stored and not shared, we do reserve the right to us aggregated, anonymous data about our users as a group. Funk Junk has developed its website to make it an easy and pleasurable experience. All our products have been photographed professionally with a number of different angles and aspects with zoomable images offering you the experience second to actually holding the item in your hands. Once you have found the item you desire simply click on the Buy button and it will be automatically added to the shopping bag.

Payment is taken either via credit card or Paypal account. The website has a high encryption SSL Security certificate provided by Verign to ensure that your details are secure. The checkout process is very short and easy to complete and although we provide the option of creating an account with us this is not essential or forced. Our website is also integrated with Secured by Mastercard and Verified by Visa. Here a small area within the payment page will point to the relevant verifier and will ask for a number of characters from the password that you would have previously created. These details are in no way stored on our website.

Once the payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email stating that the order is complete and then subsequent emails letting you know when we have shipped the item(s). Invoices and packing slips will be sent through with your item(s).

Funk Junk offers its customers the option of creating a customer account. This is a straight forward process and allows you to view your past orders as well as create wish lists. You can view/edit/remove your account via the Account Login area at any time.
